About the Hide & Seek Foundation

The purpose of The Hide & Seek Foundation is to raise awareness of Lysosomal Disease as a major group of genetic disorders of children that cause mental retardation, seizures, crippling illness, liver and other organ failure, and premature death. Our goal is to marshal the necessary resources to advance research and clinical studies and to find a cure in order to help affected individuals and their families in their struggle against these disorders.

• The Foundation Board is currently reviewing its grantmaking strategy,
  defining priority areas for funding and developing its grant application
  procedures. Once these policies are finalized, information will be made
  available through a press announcement and on this Web site.
• Information about our staff, Board of Directors, and International Board of Directors will be listed here at a future date.
