We are a non-profit foundation created by parents, scientists, business leaders and philanthropists, in order to dramatically increase the funding of research into Lysosomal Disease.

Lysosomal Disease is estimated to affect one out of 6,500 to 7,500 live births. Most of the over 50 Lysosomal Diseases are not detected through pre-pregnancy genetic testing or newborn screening. Usually, they are difficult to diagnose after symptoms set in and even then, few options exist to make the short lives of these children more comfortable.
